Winter Wonderland… was the name of the game for Mike & Sophie as they tied the knot at the stunning St Peter and St Paul’s Church, Edenbridge.
It was then on to the beautiful Coltsford Mill, Oxted for the reception, where they partied into the night.
The whole day was a very relaxed and fun filled with lots of laughter and a few tears of joy, the stunning surrounds helped to make the day extra special and the polaroid photos of each wedding guest was a very unique ideas as well as helping everyone know who everyone else was.
I thank Mike and Sophie for choosing S Butler Photography to be there to capture the day, it was a true honour and pleasure.

Best of 2018 Highlights
2018 ………. you have been a blast, I have been honoured to have been asked to capture the wedding days of so many amazing and awesome brides and grooms. I just want to say a big thank you to you all for being so amazing and making my year so much fun and laugh a minute.
The last year has been my busiest to date and I have been lucky enough to have had the chance to not only capture those amazing moments that become memories for my brides and grooms, but to have got to capture the beauty of some of Sussex, Kent and Surrey amazing wedding venues from Coltsford Mill in Oxted to Horsted Place Hotel in Uckfield, I am so grateful for all these opportunities and want to say thanks you to all the staff at the venues and other suppliers that I have meet along the way in 2018, you have all been awesome !!!!

So with that being said I have managed to whittle down some of the amazing moments over the past year to the selection below:
With the sun shining brightly in the sky, it was time Michael and Megan to commit their lives to one another in the bond of marriage at the always stunning Broyle Place near Ringmer. The whole day was a very relaxed and fun filled with lots of laughter and tears. The dress was a beautiful flowing number from the Fross Wedding Collections in Uckfield topped off with a stunning veil which helped to make Megan such a stunning bride, while the guys sweated it out in their tweed suits which Michael chose personally, probably not the best choice on a hot summers day.
The surprise of the day came later, when the Tailored Tenors disguised as waiter arrive to entertain all the guests during the reception.

Colour popping and lights flashing, that is just some of the fun that was part of the wedding day of Julian and Natasha, who very unique and colourful day was the start of my wedding season. The wedding took place in the village of Chiddingstone, Kent which is a very small village that is protected as part of the National Trust. Although the weather tried to hamper day, it failed as we all had a great time and think everyone enjoys the surprise animal display, which consisted of rabbits, an owl, meerkat, snake to name a few. You can see from a selection of my favourite the images below that fun was had by all.
So 2018….has kicked off with my first pre wedding session of the year with Kat & Bailey in the woods at Abbotts Wood, East Sussex. It is such a lovely spot for this type of shoot with fallen trees making a rustic seat and hand made dens which make cosy spots for a private moment.
It has made me very excited for shooting the wedding in a few months time, very relax and fun morning with loads of laughs. I had a good feeling about Kat and Bailey when we first met back in 2016 after they chose me to capture their wedding day, there is no greater honour or show or trust than being given the job of capturing a wedding day, something I love doing as I am able to capture moments that can never be replicated or matched and make them memories forever.
